For more than 15 years he has been working in the field of mobilization and capacity building of the most vulnerable groups to HIV infection. Since 2018, he has been the Head of the FREE ZONE charitable organization, representing the interests of prisoners and released people as part of the Country Coordinating Mechanism (the National Council on Counteracting Tuberculosis and HIV / AIDS).
Alexey's organization has a unique experience in developing and implementing innovative programs for prisoners and those released in Ukraine.

Public activist, expert in social work with a focus on populations vulnerable to HIV and affected by discrimination.
She has over 10 years of experience in harm reduction projects, HIV treatment support, and provision of paralegal assistance. Since 2022, she has been working as a consultant and paralegal in regional and national initiatives, including programs for women affected by gender-based and domestic violence, as well as the implementation of opioid substitution therapy (OST).

VAZHA KASRELISHVILI

More than 20 years of experience in prisons on such medical issues as prevention of HIV, STIs, Viral Hepatitis, advocacy for access to health care, rehabilitation and harm reduction. More than 10 years he has been working in the field of rehabilitation and resocialization of drug addicts in Georgia. He has experience to conduct research on various health issues in the penitentiary system, and in the development and capacity building of social and healthcare programs in prisons of Georgia.
From 2002 to 2015 he was a member of the board of the Information and Consulting Center for Reproductive Health Tanadgoma. From 2011 to 2012 he was member of the group working on healthcare reform in the penitentiary system of Georgia.

Natalia Minaeyva
PF “ResSocium”, Kazakhstan
Executive Director of the “ResSocium” Public Foundation, human rights specialist, and social activist with more than 10 years of experience supporting vulnerable groups in Kazakhstan, including people currently in and released from places of detention.
She heads the public association Nursenim, which provides assistance to socially vulnerable populations, and serves on the board of the Eurasian Network of People Who Use Drugs. She has extensive experience in HIV prevention and in advocating for the rights of prisoners living with HIV
