The Eurasian Movement for the Right to Health in Prisons invites you to join our team as a program manager for 50% of involvement with a remote work format.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation of program activities in the field of advocating the rights of prisoners and people released from prison, mobilizing the community of people with living experience in prison, developing policies in the field of the right to health in prisons;
- Fundraising, preparation of project proposals;
- Monitoring the work of project implementers and providing technical assistance to them upon request;
- Preparation of project reports;
- Organization of competitive selection of external consultants and management of their work; organizing payments for work performed;
- Organization of online and offline events within projects;
- Document management (preparation of official letters, memos);
- Translation of documents if necessary.
Qualification requirements:
- Proficiency in English (minimum upper-intermediate working level);
- University degree in management, social work, public health, human rights or related field;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to details, desire to learn;
- Project management experience in the public sector will be an advantage.
