This Road Map is a collaborative effort by civil society representatives in Central, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Caucasus. It empowers community organizations to establish balanced and institutionalized Community Led Monitoring in prisons. It provides definitions, objectives, and key principles for CLM in prison healthcare, serving as a practical guide with a logical matrix for CLM implementation, as well as proposing CLM institualization approaches.
